The full source code of KMusicManager can be found at the sourceforge page of this project. This is a quick link to the latest release.

To install KMusicManager from source :

tar -xvzf kmusicmanager-1.2.tar.gz
cd kmusicmanager-1.2
./configure
make
make install

The last step probably needs to be done as root.

Required packages

In order to compile and work with KMusicManager, you need to have the following stuff installed :

• KDE
• Taglib

To compile KMusicManager, you need to have the proper headers installed. Some distros put these in seperate packages (devel packages).

Binary releases for various linux distros (feel free to contribute a binary package for your favorite linux distro) :
